100% delighted to have this as my local post office. The gentleman is very experienced and goes above and beyond to identify and provide the service you need. I always feel welcomed and valued. The staff know local customers by name and are particularly attentive to elderly and vulnerable people within the community.

The team at this post office is fantastic! The worker behind the counter was incredibly patient and helped me figure out the best shipping option for a fragile package. They are always friendly and professional, which really makes a difference. It’s great to have such a reliable local spot with staff who actually seem to care.

Worst experience ever with the short guy working there. The parcels in the room were piled up in a complete mess, and he refused to look for mine, telling me I could just mark it as stolen. After I insisted multiple times, he pulled down the curtain, claiming he was closing, just to get rid of me and then continued serving other customers. When I pointed this out and came back, he still refused to serve me and was even ruder. The Nisa staff member, on the other hand, was very helpful and gave me a number to report him. Can’t wait for AI to take over the jobs of people like this
