The parcels in the room were piled up in a complete mess, and he refused to look for mine, telling me I could just mark it as stolen. After I insisted multiple times, he pulled down the curtain, claiming he was closing, just to get rid of me and then continued serving other customers. When I pointed this out and came back, he still refused to serve me and was even ruder. The Nisa staff member, on the other hand, was very helpful and gave me a number to report him. Can’t wait for AI to take over the jobs of people like this
